Ron,
can I borrow your Esprit? My homowners ass doesn't seem to mind that I am on
my third exhaust on my B cause I keep ripping them off on the speed bumps. I
didn't even try for 15mph. I stop when I get to them, roll over them as easily
as possible, smack the oil pan and then drag the entire exhaust along the bump.

A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have
evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine.
