NorCal Bugeye sighting

Saw a Bugeye on the way home from work (Hayward, Winton Ave) yesterday and
wondered if it was anybody on the list. Had worn black paint, red interior
and tonneau (no top, natch!) original(?) disc wheels and hubcaps and black &
gold Cal plates. Never got up beside him but the driver was wearing a gray
knit cap. Sounded sweet under acceleration. 

Anybody we know?
