Sorry to bomb the bandwidth but I need help! Anyone know how to get around a password on the BIOS? I have an old 80486 VIP motherboard with an AMI Winbios, release date of 11/28/95, that a technician pasword protected when the computer was upgraded. The puter shop went belly up so I can't just ask... I tried the AMI support site but they weren't able to help. They gave me a debug code but it didn't work. TIA, Kent 1960 Bugeye |
