which menu style do you all like

I've been editing my site... and hate all the crap
at the tops of the pages.

I need your comments as to which style links
you all prefer. The 'all visible' in the box type
or the newer drop down list that would take up less
space at the tops of the pages.
please let me know which type you prefer.
