RE: Repro Lucas Battery or ?

Gel Cells are worth the extra money.  They are sealed.  The terminals never
corrode, the don't leak acid--  I suspect that they would not leak much acid
even if the case cracked.  I've had one in my Midget for a while now.  I'll put
one in my Jag as soon as the Die-hard croaks.  The electric motor on my bicycle
uses a set of 17ah gel cells too.
