Titan Intake Manifold for HIF-44

I'm looking to find a Titan intake manifold to mount an HIF-44 carb
to my 1275 engine. Any ideas?

It's the final piece that I need to get my car on the road. I
borrowed a friend's Weber setup and actually got to drive it. But my
twin SU's need to be rebuilt, so I'd like to use the new HIF that I
bought from APT.
