they had not had any trouble with the tubing notcher i had untill mine broke! it was replaced with a brand new complete assembly, not just damaged items! i'm one large happy camper! as i left i overheard them discussing how to return to manufacturer as they have never had to do this before with this tool. i honestly believe their word on mine being the only one they have seen fail. it figures it would happen to me!!! lol! chuck. |
