Yes, the exhaust valves (in this head at least) are the same 29mm whilst the
inlets are the 33mm ones, the same size as the standard Midget/Mini etc.
The Mg Metro uses 35-and-a-bit mm for the inlets.  Using a turbo head on a
standard midget will give the same size valve heads but the guide boss
protrusion and the stem diameter 'should' impede flow.
