Fw: NO LBC, was Miata, now meat

For the Filet:

1.    Allow to warm to room temperature
2.    Strike and light a large stick match
3.    Blow out the wooden match
4.    Hold match under Filet for approximately 10 seconds

For the liver;

1.    Cook in crock pot with onions and gravy
