I couldn't agree with you more.
It is so rare to run into vendors who go out of their way to help you, and 
respond as quicky with turn around shipments, and crediting your Visa when 
appropriate, without having to ask.
Like I said before in one of my earlier postings, you really can't go wrong 
with 
either 5-speed kit, as far as service quality and support. The only way to 
decide which one to get ie pretty sujective for the buyer.
