Once again, it depends what you're after.... 4 wheel disk brakes (properly 
done) add a balance in braking power and eliminate adjustment problems 
associated with drums.  Add to that all the imporvements you'd get with a 
bullet proof limited slip diff. and the cost savings.... well it's a no 
brainer over adding a single upgrade to a Bugeye diff.
