1/4"-28 with philips (pozi) head

The above is used to hold down the heater box, hold on the grille, and a
couple of other applications.

I would love to replace these with stainless.  Has anyone found a source for
these?  My local fastener specialist has a very limited selection in fine
thread.

If not, can I get new ones that are not stainless?
