Yes, but there is a simple rule like one size main = 1mm of venturi. So if
you you go from 34mm to 36mm main venturi the main jet size goes from say,
145 to 155. Most of the other calibration isn't particularly sensitive to
venturi change unless you make big changes (which is not recommended - eg 34
to 38 or 40).
