Not likely. Non-greasable U-joints are solid with no internal grease
passages. You'd have to drill all the way through the joint body in both
north\south and east\west directions, then drill at 45 degrees (between two
of the arms) to meet up with your newly-drilled grease passages. This would
likely weaken a U-joint that wasn't already made that way.
