In Wichita Falls, the local Fina station has had enough.  They have all
three of their grades of unleaded priced at the same price point, $1.46 as
of this morning.  Pretty good competition, considering super is $1.67 right
across the street.  They have been using this pricing scheme for the past
couple of days.
