I've done a lot of business with Harbor Freight Tools over many years.  Their
air tools are not of the quality of major brand equipment like Ingersol Rand,
but they are serviceable and durable, get the job done, and are on a par with
TiP products.  The have a web site at www.harborfreight.com.  Lots of other
tools as well, email notification of sales, mail catalogs almost as frequently
as Victoria Secret.
