You definitely would use the Mazda 5 Speed but the rear is up to you. The stock
held up to the abuse we gave it on the 73 without snapping and we spun the tires
and put the car in circles almost every time we took off in it. The Mazda
offered
the disc rear if one wanted to narrow the rear to fit
