Engine Rocker cover seen at Sprite Rush 98

Hi list,

At Sprite Rush 98 I saw a Bugeye with an unusual engine Rocker cover. The 
Cover was in aluminium alloy and was cast with a large S as part of a finned 
design.  I think it was Alan Fisher who said the cover was a Speedwell cover. 
 Does anyone know of a similar cover who owned the car at Sprite Rush - I 
think Peter Samaroo helped the guy sort out a problem with the carbs (stock 
SUs and in need of overhaul).
