David, Ditto the NOS and OEM definitions. I've also heard that although the tooling used by BMH was from Abingdon, the tollerances were not quite up to snuff because the dies were worn beyond where BMC would have used them during normal production. That's quite a statement considering how bad some bonnets fit coming of the assembly line. Don't have first hand knowledge as to whether this is true or false. Comments? Herb G. |
