My garage faces due south. I just sweat and bear it.
But my plumber says he can put AC on that newly installed heater. I told
him to keep an eye out for a good used unit. And I just gave an estimate
on a renovation job where 2 AC units will be coming out. Next will be a
bed and a PC, who needs a house?
