I think the first copy of this letter didn't make it through so here it is again. I am wondering about something. When I tore apart my Sprite Mkll 948cc almost every major nut had a lock tab on it. Are lock tabs necessary for everything to stay tightened? If so could lock washers be used instead and be just as effective? I would appreiciate any info on this. Thanks.
