Shiny falls under condition catagory of the Concours Scoring sheets. As long
as the owner can provide period documentation that the shine was accomplished
via the use of a period product there is no deduction. If Armorall is found
in the boot during judging A full 10 points is automatically deducted along
with a long narrative on how the judge really hates the stuff. The above
verbage is pure BS and should not be taken seriously. Just funnin ya'll.
See, Concours isn't as serious as you thought.
