rebuild

While having my transmission unstuck from first gear, I'm considering
soliciting an estimate for rebuilding the motor (1275) while it's out.
 What's a fair price for a fairly stock rebuild -- bore cylinders, new
pistons, bearings, redo head (whatever that means)?  Keep in mind I'm
in a fairly low rent district (Oklahoma) and they're already pulling
it to get to the trans.
