Sprite in Skateboard Ad

Greetings list,
Don't ask how I found it, but there is what appears to be a Mk III or IV.
(Can't really tell) in an ad in the Feb. issue of , "Transworld
Skateboarding".  The Featherlight skateboard Ad is a   two page spread  with 5
pictures of a skateboarder in front of a very nice Blue Sprite.  The car has
California plates 991 SKP.  Anyone know this car?  Great Pics of the car
promoting boarder Jeremy Wray.  Could it be that this youngster owns the car?
