Is this thing still a Bugeye? :-) Hal -----Original Message----- From: owner-spridgets@autox.team.net [mailto:owner-spridgets@autox.team.net]On Behalf Of M Brouillette Sent: Thursday, November 19, 1998 6:49 AM To: spridgets@autox.team.net Subject: Re: Worlds Fastest Bugeye Folks, I wasn't even looking to find the world's fastest Bugeye, but by accident, I think I found it. In the Nov 69 Road & Track, there was an ad for a: Jaguar Sprite 300-bhp Westlake Jaguar engine, 4.2 box and axle, Lotus rear suspension, Minilite wheels, triple 45 Webers, Engineer designed, professional built. 0-60 in 4 seconds. Picture looks like a Speedwell front end... It was being sold by a gentleman in Manchester England. Anyone know what happened to this car? |
