I asked Minilite in England for the price of their wheels.
I filled in the form on their website and got an answer in one day:

Mr Neeskens

We supply 13"  x6" for the Midget - priced at £75.38 + VAT including
wheelnuts and centrecaps.

You can order the wheels directly from ourselves by phone, fax or e-mail

and we will ship to the Netherlands @ £42 per set of 4 wheels.
