Outa the clear blue ... just started happening the other day ... driving me crazy!!! Sounds sorta like a deep, sorta rhythmic hum (like hmmm ommm or ummm). Happens only when moving At some speds, louder than the exhaust. Almost sounds like someone's following too close. I'm gonna do the standard checks this weekend, back wheels off the ground and all. The only think I can think of is that I retorqed the front wheel bearings about 2 weeks ago. Sounds more like road/tire noise. What can it be? chuck |
