Bob,
THe bugeye baby seat looks like a minature version of the full size bugeye
seat.  It fits on the transmission tunnel via two U shaped brackets which just
make it snug enough not to flop off.  As for safety...well lets just say it is
most useful as a really neat period arm rest.
