Carpet adhesive - question

Hi gang,

    Getting ready to put the Moss carpet kit in the '79 and I have a
very sticky question.  I have several cans of 3M super tack 90 spray
adhesive that were given to me by a friend who builds RC airplanes.  Can
this spray do the trick, or should I go for something in a can that is
brushed on?  I have about 4 full cans of the stuff.
