Brake Fluid Again

Sorry fellow Spridgeteers:

There was a recent thread about the difference between 3, 4 and 4+
hydraulic fluids.  I was sure I transfered it to my "for future reference"
folder but it's not there.  
Can somebody who kept it or has the info please email it to me?   I checked
what I have and it is #3 but I seem to recall that the consensus was 4 is
better.
