Not sure if my last message went out OK, so I'll try again:
I just received my 5 speed kit from Rivergate, and there is a warning at the
end of the instructions that the 7/8" (combined) master will cause an
unacceptably heavy clutch, and too much travel.
I have the 3/4" (combined) master, which was not mentioned, so I talked to Bill
Perry who said that he thought it might be a problem also, but he's not sure.
Any advice from anyone out there who has performed the conversion and is still
using the 3/4" master?
