| Matt, Do you need the shafts or new bushings in the bodies? Maybe you didn't know, but you can maybe tell if you need only new throttle shafts: you take the springs off, open the butterfly throttle and see if there is also play in the open position. If not then you save quite a few bucks by just ordering the shafts. I bought them always from Joe Curto. He also has the closed throttle plates - the ones without the springy valves. The valves can restrict air-flow and lower the engine output. Cheers, Gus '71 Midget |
