Hello all,
Got me a Midget (76) this passed weekend. It's actually my 4th but is
much less needy than the previous 3 (61 Bugeye, 66 Midget and 67
Sprite). It has not seen the highway since 82 but is all there minus a
hood (top). Work will begin this Saturday, with getting it running
being the first on agenda. From there I'll start replacing all rubber
lines (brakes, clutch, radiator and heater hoses) I has some lower body
rust but the floors and spring mount points are real solid. I'm
planning on running it round a bit this summer before I start body
stuff.
It's a welcome addition to the "accumulation" ( I always say "I'm not a
collector, I'm an accumulator") and now joins the 58 Austin A95, 75,
77 and 79 Bs and my son's 72 B in the driveway.
