Crash, I think you want the old side curtain plexy in one piece and flat to use as a pattern. If you heat them they may bend. Unless you are working in a really cold garage or the plexy already has serious cracks, they should bend and pop out with out any problem. Just slide them to the middle of the frame (one at a time), grab them about 1/3 of the way down from the top and bend. It's the first one that is most nerve racking. Bob and Ann 60 Sprite |
