there is an oil seal at the back of the hub, an o-ring and paper gasket at
the front of the hub between the hub face and the axle flange and that's
all. The manual says to pack the bearing with grease, and then it run's in
oil from the axle.
Brian, who changes axles and hubs far too often on racing midgets.
