It's very easy, all the steamship lines haul automobiles; all you need is the
registration or title. They all have an 800# and web sites, costs are
reasonable. I've never sent an automobile to England but have sent a Howitzer
for BAE Systems. It had to travel on a flat rack because of it's weight and
dimensions.
The Ocean Liner will also do a door to door service if you don't have anyone
on the other end.
