Ok, I pulled the lamp out of my map light and after buffing the years off of
the base, here is what I read with the scope:
33 12V 4W THORN K15942 W ENG T 8?
The "W" ahead of the ENG is in script and it might be a "M". After the 8 is
something that might be "1/4" but I'm not quite sure. It is basically a
12-14v 4w T3-1/4 MB lamp which is available at just about any store, but you
asked for the OEM numbers and above is what I found on mine.
