Pull the dip stick,
If the oil is gray you got a problem.

I recently moved my Spitfire a couple of days after driving 80 miles or
so. It ran terrible!! The oil spot (don't we all have one ?!?!?) underneath
was a milky white color. Is this an indicator of headgasket problems. Also,
it didn't seem to run overly hot but then it wasn't a very warm day.
