I think this got discussed a while back but I wasn't paying attention
(sorry). If you chamfer the holes on a TR7 wheel, can you safely use it
on a GT6/Spitfire? I need to replace the wheels and tires on my GT6 and
the extra inch would be nice.

You shouldn't have to do anything to the wheels. Just use the correct
lugnuts and you should be ok. It wouldn't hurt to change the studs out
to those used on TR6's and it makes it far easier to find a great
variety of off-the-shelf lug nuts to suit your purpose.
