Hello everyone. I've had something weird happen, and since this is the second
time it's happened I'm assuming it's not just some freak-of-physical-laws
thing. Whenever I FILL the gas tank, I get raw fuel dripping from the bottom
of the engine (no idea where it originates, although there is also gas on and
around the fuel pump). If I only put a few gallons in, there's no such
problem. The first time this happened the leaking and strong gas smell stopped
as soon as the gas tank got down to around a half to two-thirds full. Does
more gas in the tank somehow increase the pressure in the line and expose weak
points? Any ideas what would cause this? Thanks in advance for any thoughts
and suggestions.
