Yesterday I received an unusual email from tpaulhill@pipcom.com. Today I
received another one from the same sender. The addressees include the
Spitfire List, myself and Jeff McNeal on the first one --- the Spitfire List
& myself (but no Jeff) on the second one; both have attachments (NOT opened
by me!).
The 11-05-03/1845 email text is: ;) The subject is: Adding the
finishing Touches Part D The attachment is: Adding the finishing
Touches Part D.bat
The 11-06-03/1829 email text is: Here is what u wanted The subject is:
~$story essay (2003) The attachment is: ~$story essay (2003).com
Does any Lister (particularly Jeff McN. & Mark B.) have any thoughts about
these communications? Is this maybe some attempt to sabotage the Spit
List - or am I just an over-suspicious old geezer trying to play internet
detective?
