1. Why is oil spraying out of the bolt hole and how do I get a new bolt

without pulling out the engine? Will this even fix this problem?
If you look on page 56 in your Haynes manual at pictures 23.12a
&23.12b you will see that the front bolts go into the sealing block. The
sealing block forms a bridge over the front main bearing and is made out
of a soft metal. All of the oil lubricating the timing chain and gears
has to flow over this sealing block to get back into the engine. You can
pull off the oil pan and the bottom 2 bolts in the timing chain cover
and remove it on the car. You can then buy a kit or take it to your
local machine shop and have them install a helicoil to repair the
threads. While you have it out check that it is still straight. This
should fix the problem.
