I was just wondering if anyone did their own carpet job by just buying
some good quality carpet by the yard and then doing a custom cut and trim
to fit.
I remember in the seventies that it was quite the popular thing for vans
to be customized this way. One advantage is that you can pick any
color/texture.
If anyone has done this ;
can you use indoor wall to wall carpet?
how do you form the compound curves like the tranny cover?
what do you do about heel pads, etc.?
how do you do edging treatments?
