Dave,

A gentile amount of air pressure will cause it to pop out.  Read gentile
as "point it away from your face".

I've got the Spit's slave clinder on my bench for a rebuild and can't
get the piston to slide out. It slides freely in the cylinder but
doesn't come out entirely. Any thoughts on this, the rounded metal end
cap is still in place, I didn't see how this would affectthe removal?,
mnaybe I'm wrong..... TIA
