Jeff, thanks for asking, as I've been wondering the same.
Nolan, what you've stated has (almost) a certain amount of logic to it, but
what would that gap be, when HOT? My materials all say .010 cold, with the
premise that this is then the (also) correct when hot, since the expansion from
heat is factored in. Any chance you could fill us in on this publication, so
that I can check it out?
