Post it notes inside each bag that state what the part is for, left or 
right side, how many bolts are needed to hold it in place.

Small paper tags on strings are available very cheaply at office supply 
stores.  Those work great for items such as suspension components.

I keep a box of bags, a marker, and note pads on my workbench right there 
with all the other tools.
