Miata seats, headroom, and legroom

Greetings, Fellow Listers

This may have been covered before, but I don't remember.  Those of you that
have converted to Miata seats - What did it do to the head room and legroom?
I'm 6' 4" and any reduction of either wouldn't work to well.  TIA
