Actually, I'm not sick of this thread at all. Remember that the entire
discussion ends up in our NASS archives, so all the details, questions,
suggestions, possible solutions, and (hopefully) the final resolution of this
problem will be recorded for posterity. We are building a great store of
"Spitfire Knowledge" and I am sure it will be a very valuable resource for
Spitfire owners in the years to come.
My only concern is that NASS doesn't get the messages that come in from the
other mail lists. With these three maillists, the Spitfire >6 Magazine
bulleting board and Jeff McNeal's excellent "Totally Triumph Network", there is
a veritable WEALTH of information out there on the World Wide Web. All of
these other sites seem to have very experienced folks that are willing to share
their knowledge.
I'd really like to get all the various Spitfire loyalists together on one big
email list, but I doubt that will ever happen. Too bad, as some great
information will never be recorded, and what is out there will be badly
fragmented for years to come. Ah well, at least it's out there and can be
found!
