Well the oil cartel has awakened after their holidays season gift on gas
prices, here in N. Virginia the price increased .06 on Monday and then .06
yesterday, the lowest we had here was .84 in a few places, most were .91, good
while it lasted, now you have to wonder where it will stop.  "FT"
