That's kind of what I assumed. The previous owner must have installed the
male end of the snaps the rim around the back of the cockpit. I've just
been connecting the top to those. Does anyone know if there is a downside
to doing this?
Can't envisage any real problem with this, except the male half of the poppers
would get in the way of a hard-top if you ever wanted to put one on.
